Alumni programs should be an integral part of the transition from rehab back to the real world and thus become a vehicle for lifelong sobriety. Alumni programs help reduce relapse rates and are associated with higher referral rates. The people that make that happen are the coordinators who work with clients and the treatment team. So, what qualifications and skills should alumni coordinators bring to the job?
